Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we can reship it for a small additional shipping fee.

If the issue was caused by us, reshipping is free.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will either:

Because every item is printed on demand, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.

Weโ€™re happy to replace items or offer store credit for:
